Change of Your Fitness Status
As a pilot you have a duty to notify your Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) if your fitness status changes significantly. This may require a period of unfitness and require you to provide appropriate medical reports to return to fitness. You may also be required to attend in person for a review before you can be returned to fitness. This process will incur a casework fee which will be based on the work involved but with a minimum charge as shown on Prices page.
If you have never previously had a aviation medical with me unfortunately I cannot give you advice or process your fitness change until I have seen you in person due to the requirements for you to prove your identity. Please request an appointment via the contact page.
Regrettably I currently cannot offer advice to EASA medical certificate holders, only pilots with a UK medical
